I am a UK-qualified solicitor with over 40 years in practice, a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and an international legal adviser with a sustained presence in the UAE and wider Middle East since 2006. My practice spans English law, UAE law — including the DIFC and ADGM free zones — and cross-border frameworks, with a particular focus on the needs of high-net-worth individuals, privately held companies, family enterprises and family offices.

My work is specialist, discreet and multi-jurisdictional. I advise on asset protection, trust and foundation structures, family and business succession planning, exit planning and corporate governance — combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of the personal, commercial and dynastic objectives that matter most to my clients and their families.

Most of my work comes through direct referral from existing clients, intermediaries and fellow professionals.
